WHO WE ARE & ROLES

Agentim provides AI/ML agents, voice/WhatsApp automations, and ERP/CRM integrations (Odoo-first).
Depending on the product and configuration:

  • For cloud-hosted services we usually act as a data processor for our business customers, who remain the data controllers.

  • For on-prem deployments, customers typically host and control the data; Agentim may process limited data for support.

  • For this website, Agentim is the data controller.

At present, Agentim does not collect, store, or process any personal information from visitors to our website or users of our demo services.

  • We do not request registration, login, or personal details such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

  • We do not track individual conversations beyond the temporary operation of the AI assistant.
